Fortune Electric North American Division (NAD) is responsible for customer support of all FE products in the U.S. and Canada.
Our engineers and professional specialists are available to answer your questions, supply spare parts, and coordinate inspections for the maintenance of your transformers.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT NETWORK
In the event that crew and equipment are required, Fortune Electric’s customer support network works to provide rapid response and minimize downtime.
All of our Technical Assistants (TA) are trained on location at our factories to ensure high standard of service for every single FE transformer.
Arrangements for licensed subcontractor and off-site repair are available across the continent. All administration and site supervision of these services will be handled by Fortune Electric NAD.
