Integrity Management and Implementation Status

To strengthen the management of integrity management, the Human Resources Department and the Risk Management & Legal Affairs Department are responsible for formulating integrity management policies and prevention measures. The Risk Management & Legal Affairs Department executes these measures and reports to the Board of Directors quarterly.

The company has established an integrity management policy that clearly and comprehensively defines specific practices for ethical business conduct and the prevention of dishonest behavior. This includes operating procedures, behavioral guidelines, and educational training. Additionally, a "Whistleblower Protection and Reporting Procedure" has been formulated, incorporating relevant disciplinary and appeal mechanisms to ensure effective implementation.

The company has identified business activities with a higher risk of unethical behavior within its operational scope, as outlined in Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the "Code of Integrity Management." In addition to establishing relevant preventive measures for compliance, the company regularly reinforces awareness through various meetings, events, and publications, as well as education and training, to prevent violations of integrity management. Internal and external personnel are encouraged to report unethical or improper behavior. If internal personnel engage in false reporting or malicious accusations, they will be subject to disciplinary action based on the company's management regulations, depending on the severity of the case.

The company has established a feedback and reporting mailbox on both its official website and internal website for use by internal and external personnel. For reporting channels and the complete handling process, please refer to Article 21 of the "Company Integrity Management Procedures and Code of Conduct."

Since 2021, to enhance the willingness to report internal misconduct, the company has commissioned Deloitte to establish a whistleblower reporting platform. This platform provides a convenient channel for employees to seek assistance or report improper conduct that violates company regulations.
